La SPOT wasn’t born in a boardroom—it was born from cravings.
One of us had just returned from Spain, where food wasn’t just about eating—it was about indulgence. Back in London, something was missing. Pregnancy cravings turned the search into a mission—a need for something rich, golden, and undeniably good.
Then came the husband-and-wife duo, restaurateurs obsessed with flavours that make you stay for one more bite, one more sip, one more moment.
